Law Enforcement, Victim Advocates, and Prosecutors

We Are Here For You

After my sister was murdered, my family did not know where to turn. Our victim advocate referred us to the Utah Homicide Survivors team. UHS took the burden of all the legal paperwork and court processes off our shoulders and helped us with life insurance, assets, and the estate debt. We are so grateful for their work on our behalf

Utah Homicide Survivors is a non-profit organization that will help and guide families of homicide victims through probate to legally obtain the assets that are rightfully yours and provide holistic legal representation following the death of a loved one.

Law enforcement, victim advocates, and prosecutors are often the first points of contact after a family has lost a loved one to homicide. Knowing about the resources available to these victims is the best way to ensure that these families receive holistic, trauma informed services.

Training Opportunities:

Utah Homicide Survivors provides free training to First Responders, Victim Advocates, County Prosecutors Office, Attorney Generals Offices, non-profit organizations, and other interested parties that support victims of homicide.  Our Executive Director will come and educate your staff on what we do, what types of cases we can assist with and how we can help provide better assistance to victims.  Please email or call 801-500-9077 to schedule your training today!
